Cloudapt Begins Work at CityView

In partnership with Rebar Development and T&H Construction Properties, Cloudapt has begun technology work at the $90M+ CityView project, an ambitious Active Adult development in downtown Fishers, one of Indiana’s most desirable growing cities.

The engineering team at Cloudapt worked with developers, architects, and engineers to design technology systems to serve the residents and commercial tenants at CityView for decades to come.

Construction Site Surveillance

As with many large-scale developments, the Builder’s Risk Insurance policy in force at CityView requires professional 24×7×365 monitored 3rd Party Construction Site Surveillance covering the entire 360 degree perimeter of the construction site. Cloudapt is providing construction site surveillance via a hybrid of our Mobile Surveillance Trailers and pole-mounted surveillance where the site conditions require a slimmer profile.

Bulk Internet Service

Rebar Development chose Cloudapt to provide move-in ready fiber optic Internet service to all residential and commercial units at CItyView.

As construction of CityView continues, Cloudapt will provide a full suite of our technology services including structured cabling, fiber optic cabling, racks and power, networking, building access control, resident door locks, surveillance, and Voice over IP.
