Vista at RiverWest provides 146 apartments for the 55+ Active Adult market segment in Noblesville, IN. The building opened for occupancy in March 2025.

The principals at Hageman Group were confident in their decision to select Cloudapt after pervious partnerships at the Spark Apartments in Fishers, IN as well as GrandView Apartmens in Westfield, IN.

Cloudapt designed and installed a fiber optic network capable of delivering speeds up 10Gbps to individual apartments. Residents move in with the added ease of pre-established Internet service with no need to order service of have a technician in their new home.
